Try out BCA 361°

In about 5 minutes, experience for yourself how a 360° behavioural analysis works - with an instant short report on your strengths and development areas.

Dear BCA tester,

this test is an excerpt from a far more comprehensive tool. The aim here is only to give you an impression of what the BCA361° assessment tool can do.

First you can choose whether you want to act in management or sales. In the real version we work in management with three different and compatible seniority levels (first-level management, management and top management).

Your own assessment covers an excerpt (10–12 criteria) of the full competency profile (38–64 criteria) and is related to a fictively critical supervisor feedback (N+) and a fictively favourable subordinate feedback (N–), or in sales to a fictively critical customer feedback (Nx).

The final report illustrates the substantive feedback it contains and the individual and group-specific conclusions that can be drawn from it. Typically this instrument is used before a training programme to identify the specific learning topics (individual and group) so that the development programme can be tailored accordingly. It has also proven its worth in 1:1 coaching.

With larger groups it also reveals competency trends and comparisons across the entire population that can be backed up with concrete actions (competency landscape).

Have fun exploring the test and the possible interpretations and conclusions from the report. We are happy to hear your feedback at contact@kaeser-academy.com.
